Stefan Bellof & Ken Tyrrell

Stefan Bellof and team owner Ken Tyrrell at the 1984 Monaco Formula One Grand Prix. Bellof was a very promising young German talent at Tyrrell in 1984, he for example, showed tremendous speed and bravery that year at Monaco in the pouring rain.

Ken Tyrrell admired the fantastic level of determination witnessed with Stefan. Bellof was able to maximise the natural-aspired Ford engine beyond anyone else. These naturally aspired cars of 1984 were upwards of 150hp down on comparison to their turbo rivals.
