Jochen Mass, born 30 September 1946, is a German former racing driver. He was active in Formula One from 1973 to 1982. Mass entered 114 Grand Prix for the Surtees, McLaren, ATS, Arrows and March teams.

He’s the winner of the 1975 Spanish Formula One Grand Prix in a McLaren M23. The race was shortened because of the terrible crash involving German Rolf Stommelen, so only half the points were awarded.

Jochen Mass scored one F1 victory, a total of 71 career points, 8 podium finishes and 2 fastest laps. He also won (with Manuel Reuter and Stanley Dickens) the 1989 Le Mans 24 Hours for Team Sauber Mercedes (picture below)
