Truly unique, just for Michael Schumacher
Michael Schumacher sits proudly in his personal ‘Le Mans Blue’ 1996 Ferrari F355 GTS. The configuration was specced to his personal tastes with factory modifications to be truly unique. Indeed, the colour, unique at the time for a F355 and a matched Targa roof – wider track – crema-nero interior – a manual six-speed gearbox – heavily modified camshaft to allow the engine to reach 10,000 rpm and 408 horsepowers – and a challenge exhaust.
Schumacher signed the drivers seat (picture-below), and it remains to this day. Met at the 2012 Belgian Grand Prix, he declared: “I loved this car, my first Ferrari, so beautiful and it was built exactly the way I wanted.” Indeed, what a beauty, it must be the best F355 in the world, and what a great history!
