Fiorano circuit near Maranello, early 1975. Niki Lauda, ​​with the help of his mechanic Ermanno Cuoghi, climbs out of the new Ferrari 312T he has just tested for the first time. Behind him, Enzo Ferrari and Franco Gozzi can be seen deep in conversation (photo above).

Note the temporary ‘rosso corsa’ livery of this 312T, designed by Mauro Forghieri. On the left of the photo above, you can also see engineer Antonio Tomaini, and in the background, Clay Regazzoni, who is also preparing to test this single-seater.
