Jamie Chadwick, born 20 May 1998, is a British racing driver who won the W-Series championship in 2019 and 2021, and is a development driver for the Williams Formula One team. In 14 starts in this single-seater championship for women only, she scored 6 wins, 12 podiums and 7 pole positions.

Jamie recently declared: “I am a woman in motorsport and proud of it. And I think identifying as a female driver is important. I don’t want to blur into being one of the boys”

After debuting in karting and touring cars, Chadwick moved into F3 single-seaters in 2017. She achieved her first and only podium of the season with a third place finish at Rockingham.

In 2018, Jamie remained in the British Formula 3 Championship, she became the first ever woman to win a British F3 race by claiming victory in the second race at Brands Hatch, and finished the season in eighth place.

Jamie then joined Prema Powerteam in the 2020 Formula Regional European Championship. Despite being the most experienced driver in the field, she only managed ninth in the standings.

In March 2021, Williams announced that Chadwick would continue as a development driver. Later that year, the 23 year old claimed her second W-Series title after a season-long battle with Alice Powell (picture below). And last month, Chadwick was confirmed to stay in W-Series for a third season, driving for Jenner Racing.
