Bernie Ecclestone turned 91. The extent to which he’s better known as F1’s impresario extraordinaire than as a Formula One driver is almost incalculable, for his F1 driving exploits consist in one DNQ, at Monaco in 1958. So here he is, picture above, at ‘speed’ in his Connaught-Alfa Type B.
