The Penske squad
Qualifying has not been great for the Chevy-powered Penske squad, none of the four entered cars succeeding to qualify for the Fast 9, but do not discount the chances of victory tonight for Roger Penske’s team who has won the last two editions of the Indy 500, with Power in 2018 and Pagenaud in 2019.
In the red and white car, 2019 IndyCar champion Josef Newgarden, aways fast and hoping for a first victory on the Speedway. In the bright yellow Menards car, Simon Pagenaud, winner last year, very well motivated to make it two in a row.
Behind them on the left, the Pennzoil yellow car of veteran and three times winner Hélio Castroneves. And in the dark grey car, the tough Aussie Will Power, winner of the 2018 Indy 500, and always a candidate for the win.
I will have the pleasure and honour to comment this race live on VOO World Sports tonight at 8.30 CET with Pierre Van Vliet.
