Corrado Fabi tries to master his Brabham BT53-BMW during the 1984 rain-soaked Monaco Formula One Grand Prix. The Italian qualified in 15th position, but in the race, was forced to retire on lap 9 with electrical problems.
We all remember that the race was cut short because of the poor conditions, and Alain Prost (McLaren-TAG) took the checkered flag first on lap 31, while young Ayrton Senna was catching him in his Toleman-Hart.
Corrado Fabi (born 12 April 1961), who is the 1982 European Formula Two Champion in a March 822-BMW (picture-below), and the younger brother of former racing driver Teo Fabi, participated in 18 Formula One Grand Prix for the Osella and Brabham teams in 1983 and 1984, scoring no championship points.
