Alain Prost driving a Williams-Renault won the 1993 Spanish Grand Prix, with Ayrton Senna second in a McLaren-Ford and Michael Schumacher third in a Benetton-Ford.

The only time those 3 all-time greats shared a Formula One podium together (picture above). You’re looking at 14 World Drivers’ titles, 183 Grand Prix wins, 166 pole positions and 137 fastest laps.

Picture below: The Williams-Renaults filled the front row in qualifying, with Prost ahead of Hill, Senna, Schumacher, Patrese… At the start Hill was leading Prost, but the Englishman was forced to retire on lap 41 when his engine failed.

With this victory, Prost took the championship lead over from Senna with 34 points to 32. At the end of the year, the little Frenchman was crowned for the 4 time, and decided to retire from racing.
