Picture above: Belgians Jacques Swaters and Freddy Rousselle shared this Equipe Nationale Belge-entered Jaguar D-Type, at the 1956 24 Hours of Le Mans. They produced a steady race and finished in fourth position. The race was won by another D-Type, entered by Écurie Écosse, driven by Ron Flockhart and Ninian Sanderson.
