The Belgian journalist Pierre Van Vliet, who has a career of more than 45 years in motorsports, is turning 65.
We met in 2012 and decided to launch F1i.com, and he was my partner in this great project for 7 years, until we sold it to a French press group.
He is still writing (from his rocking chair in Marbella) for F1i.com and is one of our great ‘Star Contributors’ in the HSOR. Together, we really enjoy commenting the IndyCar championship on the TV channel VOO World Sports 1.
I feel very fortunate to work together, to share the same burning passion and to have a lot of fun along the way!
But above all, we are great friends. Happy birthday buddy.
