Chico Serra

Brazilian Chico Serra was a major player in the British F3 Championship. He won the championship convincingly, one year after his compatriot Nelson Piquet. He’s seen here anticipating a race at Thruxton in 1979. He graduated in F1 in 1981, took 18 start with the Fittipaldi and Arrows team between 1981 and 1983, and scored one championship point.
