“Chavan”-Jean-Marie Détrin-Harald Demuth in their private Association Interim BMW 3.0 CSL took a surprise but deserved victory when all the works cars were delayed, at the 1976 Spa 24 Hours. Second was the works Alfa Romeo GTV of Jean-Claude Andruet and Spartaco Dini in front of two other GTV’s.
