Peter Gregg and Hurley Haywood are surrounded by beautiful racetrack princesses after their victory at the 1975 24 Hours of Daytona. The race featured 51 cars divided into two classes: GTs with over and under 2.5 liters of engine capacity.

Twenty-one Porsches were entered in this and other major races that year, prompting some to describe them as “Porsche Parades.” The Porsche factory had established an efficient customer support department and built a significant number of cars, making the manufacturer a major force in endurance racing.
