Kimi Raikkonen (Lotus) does not hesitate to challenge Michael Schumacher (Mercedes), or is it the German who, for his last Grand Prix, does not hesitate to push the Finn aside during the 2012 Brazilian Grand Prix, run on the Interlagos circuit.

This race, the twentieth and final one of the 2012 season, saw Jenson Button take the victory at the wheel of his McLaren-Mercedes. It would be the fifteenth and final F1 win for the 2009 world champion. Sebastian Vettel (Red Bull-Renault) secured his third consecutive title, beating Fernando Alonso (Ferrari), who finished the race and the championship in second place.

Michael Schumacher was making his 306th and final Formula 1 start after announcing his retirement from competition for the second time. The German legend finished the race in seventh place, scoring his last six points, while Kimi Raikkonen finished tenth.
