Otmar Szafnauer is the CEO and Team Principal of Racing Point F1. He joined Force India in October 2009, and played an important role in the team’s improved performance. He was confirmed in this role by new owner Lawrence Stroll (right) when he took the team over and named it Racing Point F1.
