Jo Gartner (24 January 1954 – 1 June 1986) was an Austrian Formula One and Sports car endurance driver. He showed a lot of promise in the lower formulae, he won the Pau Formula 2 Grand Prix. He participated in eight F1 Grand Prix for Osella during the 1984 season but failed to score a point. Sadly, he was killed in a terrible accident at the 1986 24 Hours of Le Mans while driving a Kremer Porsche.
