Hazel Chapman (1927-2021) and Colin Chapman (1928-1982), picture taken in 1974. Hazel Chapman met her husband Colin in 1944, and the pair founded Lotus Cars in 1948. Note: Colin’s jacket featuring the name of on of his drivers: Jacky Ickx, the other one being Ronnie Peterson that year.
