Éric Bernard, born 24 August 1964, is a former racing driver from France. He drove in Formula One from 1989 to 1994 for the Ligier, Larrousse and Lotus teams. His best finish in Formula 1 was a third place at the German Grand Prix in 1994. He is seen here-above in 1989 when he made his F1 debut for the Larrousse F1 team.

After shining in F3000, Bernard debuted in Formula One at the 1989 French Grand Prix for Larrousse, where he remained till 1991. He returned in 1994 with Ligier, achieving his only podium after a solid race at the German Grand Prix at Hockenheim.

He made his final appearance in F1 at the 1994 European Grand Prix with Lotus. After his departure, he competed in sportscar racing, finishing runner-up in the 1999 American Le Mans Series with Panoz. Bernard also participated eight times in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Best result 7th in a Panoz in 1999 (picture-below).
