Emerson Fittipaldi, the reigning World Champion had another competitive season in 1975, winning the season opener Argentinian Grand Prix in Buenos Aires and the British Grand Prix at Silverstone (photo above), and finish second to Niki Lauda in the final standings.

Fittipaldi declared: “The racing driver’s mind has to have the ability to have amazing anticipation, coordination, and reflex. Because of the speed the car goes. A racing driver has to be a good driver.”
