Chanoch Nissany (born in 1963 in Tel-Aviv) is an Israeli auto racing driver now based in Budapest. He is a successful businessman, and initially took up motor racing as a hobby.
He is the first Israeli racing driver to compete in some of the higher levels of motor racing. Nissany is the first Israeli who participated at a Formula One Grand Prix week-end, when on his birthday, 29 July 2005, he drove a Minardi in a free practice session. He was 6.8s slower than team-mate Albers and called it a day.
