Alberto Ascari (Ferrari) takes the checkered flag as the winner of the 1952 Belgian Grand Prix held at Spa-Francorchamps, on 22 June 1952. It was race three of eight in the 1952 World Championship of Drivers, in which each Grand Prix was run to Formula 2 rules.
Ferrari was once again favoured for success in the Belgian Ardennes, with their driver lineup consisting of Alberto Ascari, Nino Farina and Piero Taruffi. There was also two privateer Ferrari entries: local driver Charles de Tornaco (photo ci-dessous) of Écurie Francorchamps, and Louis Rosier.
