Philippe Adams, born 19 November 1969, is a former Belgian racing driver. He finished second overall in the British Formula 3 Series in 1992 and progressed into the British Formula Two Series for 1993, winning the championship.
Adams got his break-through into Formula One in 1994 when his backers agreed with Team Lotus to find $500,000 to race in two Grand Prix, including Adams’ home race at Spa-Francorchamps.

He retired from the Belgian round and was classified 16th in the Portuguese race. That was it for his Formula One adventure, and the Belgian returned to the national scene, in production car and sports car racing.
