Eliseo Salazar (born 14 November 1954) is a Chilean racing driver. He, so far, is the only Chilean to have participated in a Formula One Grand Prix. He made his F1 debut in March 1981, and ultimately, between 1981 and 1983, contested 37 races for March, Ensign, ATS and RAM, scoring three championship points.

After racing in the British F1 Championship in 1980 with a Williams FW07, and winning in Silverstone. Salazar moved to Formula One in 1981, with March. He switched mid-season to Ensign, and finished a fine 6th in the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, showing great potential.

In 1982 he drove for ATS (picture below at Monaco), and finished 5th in the San Marino Grand Prix, a race where only 7 teams entered due to the FISA-FOCA war. In 1983, Salazar entered six races with RAM Racing, but the car was very slow and he only managed to qualify twice.

After Formula One, Salazar has participated in numerous motorsport disciplines, including the Chilean rally championship (champion 1984 and 1985), the World Sports Car Championship and the IndyCar, including 7 participations at the Indy 500, with as best finish, a fine 3rd place in 2000, driving a G-Force for AJ Foyt Racing.
