Otmar Szafnauer est le CEO et Team Principal de Racing Point F1. Il arrivait chez Force India en octobre 2009, et jouait un grand role dans la réorganisation du team et les bons résultats suivaient. Il était confirmé dans son role quand Lawrence Stroll (à droite) reprenait le team et le nommait Racing Point.
