Simon Pagenaud, IndyCar Team Penske driver comments on his race in Barber, Alabama: “Strategy didn’t play our way today, finishing in ninth is not our goal, of course, but we showed performance and I surely had fun passing cars out there! The pass on my team-mate Will Power was exciting, and all went well because we do respect each other a lot. We continue to show speed in the Menards’ car and I can’t wait for Long Beach, one of my favorite tracks.”
